What if I'm not hungry?

Some days I eat too much and some days I'm not hungry at all. Do you force yourself to eat a minimum amount of calories even if you aren't hungry?

You must consume a minimum of, calories weekly for; health regardless of hunger! Possibly consume high calorie/low volume foods like: olive oil, mayonnaise, etc. but if you overate enough to, meet your calorie goals for the week then; you shouldn't consume more because then, you'll gain weight!0

Nope. Never. Listen to your body. If you're not hungry don't eat. You'll eventually get hungry.0
