How long should you rest muscles?

So, I have been using a lot of resistance while working out. I have a rebounder that I run on pretty much daily, I have a pilates circle and a resistance band but my main concern is my ab wheel that has some resistance.

The day before yesterday I used it for the first time in awhile and well I was definitely feeling it yesterday, today was a little better but my question is, I didn't use it yesterday but I just used it today and while planking it definitely is still sore especially in my lower abdomen where my C-section scar is, how long are you suppose to rest between doing that?
