Need help putting my app in the proper time zone?

I understand that one day's logged input will bleed over into other days if you don't have your time zone set correctly (so MFP automatically flips you over into the correct "next day" with a clean palette for starting that day's tracking. My app seems to be operating on west coast time and I need to switch it to eastern time. Can any of y'all help this clueless newbie out with switching my account to our accurate time zone? Many thanks!

    Options
    On the mobile apps, go to Menu > Settings > Profile > Location.

    On the web, go to MY HOME > Settings > Change Time Zone.
