What are you eating besides vegetables?

And since they have calories, it is best to track them, because they can add up. Some, like peas and squash, have more calories. That being said, if you miss tracking them once in a while, don't sweat it.

Shouldn't you log a salad instead? What type of vegetables are you logging individually?

How many calories are you consuming? How many exercise calories are you spending? How much of your intake is fat, protein, and fiber? How much weight do you want to lose? How fast?

Without waiting for an answer, I'll point out that if you have 10 lb to lose and want to lose it at a 2 lb per week rate, you are being aggressively unrealistic. Change that to 0.5 lb per week, take it easy, and eat more.

Salads are made up of individual components - it's easy to weigh and log each separately as you make a salad, and more accurate.

OP - I log every vegetable as I eat hundreds of calories of them a day, alongside lots protein and healthy fats and other carbs from variety of sources. My meals don't leave me feeling weak, empty or hungry though, so I don't think vegetables are your problem.

Why do you think the act of tracking vegetables is supposed to cause satiety?

Myself, I'm loose on it. I'll guesstimate 3 cups of frozen for tonight, mixed with my lentil curry. Three cups of steamed mixed veggies with my good sauce for flavor will fill you up.
