Help with meal planning around long work hours

I just started a part time job in the evening and it will take me working a normal 10 hour day to about a 14-15 hour day. My concern is trying to fit in a normal 'dinner meal'...since I am going to be leaving one job for the next with MINIMAL time in between (I have a window of 30 minutes to get from one job to the next including changing clothes).
I suppose I could eat a bigger 'lunch' but I know that I still will more than likely be famished by the end of my second job. The last thing I want is to binge on food at 10:30 at night so I was wondering if anybody has any ideas to help stave off starvation!!
) And still get in healthy and fullfilling meals....
