i don't even log in my workouts and I weigh everything plus over estimate my calories.

Has anyone managed to ahead of projections for 6 months or longer?

For 3 months I weighed everything, wore an activity tracker and kept a spreadsheet of all the data. I never hit the projected weight loss (I kept a track of what it said each day and averaged out for the week and then compared at the 5 week mark). I did use the data to predict my weight loss based on the data I collected which was good at predicting losses going forward.

No two days are a like. The projection is just basic mathematics.

If you were 250 calories under that day it x that by 35 days/5 weeks. Then divides that by 3500 as each 3500 calories equals 1lb of weight lost.

Some people workout and then tend to be less active during the rest of the day. It could be your inactivity is more significant than your workout. You may not be overestimating your calories by as much as you think you are.
