Hi,
I'm re-new. I've used MFP before with great results. However, although getting great results may be the end your weight loss journey, it's also the beginning of your healthy lifestyle journey. Unfortunately, I forgot the latter part and left MFP and regained the weight I lost. I'm back, looking for friends and motivation.
