I've used this app in the past and have had great results! Unfortunately, life gets in the way sometimes and I've found myself on this cycle of giving up and starting fresh and giving up over and over and over again. I have commencement for my bachelors' coming up soon and I really want to look and feel great at it, then stick with this so I can look and feel my best for the rest of my life!
