New to this

Hello, I am new to this site but I am not new to trying to lose the weight I have been trying for some time now and it's been really hard on me. Right now I am currently doing green smoothies to get my nutrients since I don't eat much veggies. I am a diabetic and I have hypothyroid. It is very hard for me to go to the gym because some days I am very sleepy and weak. If someone has anything that can help me please write me and help me lose this weight I am to young to be so unhealthy.
