How to use the recipe feature

Hello, I just recently started using this app & I can't quite figure out the recipe feature. I entered all the ingredients & the servings. I finally got the calorie count for all ingredients used to match the packages, but the calories that the app counted per serving isn't correct. I made ham & Cheese frittata & measures all the ingredients so that I could have an exact calorie count for each ingredient. Total of 577 calories. I used a muffin pan and made 12 frittata. I figured 2 frittata would be a good serving size, so I said the recipe makes 6 servings. The app is calculating 194 calories per serving! It should be 96, how do I did this?

i have had the same issue....sometimes i am not sure if MFP is correct and sometimes its the way i enter my ingredients. If i make a mistake on the amount or the servings or whatever. If i think MFP is wrong i adjust it by changing the servings until i get what i think is the correct amount. I use a PC not a phone app. I dont know if that helps. good luck

Did you happen to use the Save and Log It button? I never use the Save and Log It button anymore, that has caused many issues for me. I click Save and then go to my Food Diary recipe tab and log it from there. If that is not your issue, check every ingredient.
