Hi everyone, any friends to join me on the way to a super healthy body???

My name is Lukas and I am looking forward to getting back in shape; physically and mentally. Would appreciate some support and also if someone is in Long Beach looking for a workout buddy.

My goal is to lose 20lb of fat and replace some of those pounds with muscles.
