Definitely still working on toning and losing a few more pounds. My stomach and thighs hold it all. But I'm so happy I had pictures from the beginning so I can see how much progress I have made. Can't believe it!

You're smart to do it while you're young and your skin can tighten up again. Great work. You look amazing.2

Thank you so much! When I first started I added in a lot of cardio.. this really helped me a lot (but I also enjoyed it so it was motivating for me that way as well). I focused mostly on making sure I was walking more and being more active every day. I have since added in some workouts/weights to try and tone some areas.
As for the diet, this was huge! I use MFP and Fitbit. I feel like the Fitbit is more accurate on how many calories I should be eating (since it calculates how many I am burning throughout the day). I use MFP to see how many calories are in my meals. I always tried to stay 500 cals less every day. Also tried to eat healthier foods altogether. However I always made sure I would get what I liked, because if you don't like it-- you won't stick with it.
Overall it has been 6 months. It shouldn't have taken that long, but I honestly never realized how much weight I had gained and what I looked like until a few months ago when I saw these photos--then I got serious. So my advice is definitely to take photos of everythiiiing! You might hate seeing them at the time but trust me you will be happy you have them to help you recognize all of your progress.
Now, I'm more conscious of what I eat and how I feel. I've never been happier/healthier! I am just starting Interment fasting (fasting 16 hours and then eating within 8 hours) and that alone has helped me lose my stubborn last 5lbs within a month. It also helps me stay away from emotionally eating (like right now after work, I would usually run and get fast food or make something quick to eat even if I wasn't hungry). It helps me stay accountable.. I would recommend trying it.
You will get there and reach your goal!! Trust me, I never thought I could. Those 25lbs seriously seemed like it was impossible and would take forever. But the time goes by quickly, and before you know you have reached your goal! Best of luck to you both17 -
