I like getting stronger/more coordinated. Was an uncoordinated chubby kid/teen, so I feel like a bada$$ when I do the simplest things.
Endorphins, man. Nature's best antidepressant.
I agree with food. Adding those calories to my diary makes every burn worth it.

FOOD! MORE FOOD! And well, I like to be able to climb a set of stairs without being winded, or walk the beach half the day without wanting to crash. I only do cardio 5-7 times per week for 30-45 mins each day, but it's enough to start building my endurance and making other things easier.0

In the beginning it was all about the food...I didn't really have any direction fitness wise and just kind of did whatever to move more so I could eat more. It was a lot of randomness and honestly, I didn't really like it, but I wanted more than sedentary calories.
As time went on I re-discovered an affinity for the weight room and while training for a sprint triathlon, I discovered a passion for cycling. I train now because I love it and being strong and fit is pretty awesome.0 -
To look good nekkid. Is that even a question1
-
Because my father in law once told someone I was "almost hot enough to *kitten*."
Really though, bikinis, not using being a mom as an excuse to be fit, and feeling strong.1 -
Go get stronger and to get rid of back pain.. And I like looking good...1

Because food too, but from the other direction. If I don't stay busy, I'll eat too much.0

To get fitter and feel better about myself. I used to be a really chubby/pudgy kid growing up and I always felt bad for it and horrible about my appearance. Just want to try and better myself.
And to look good in a bikini, of course0 -
Its a lifestyle habbit
if you workout for something its the wrong way to get results0 -
So I can eat, keep up on the dance floor, and keep as much of my muscles as possible while losing weight0

It feels good to say that I regularly exercise. It's a wonderful truth to have in my life. Also, I'm slim and short, so my sedentary TDEE is pretty low.0

I enjoy it
It's the only thing that's completely my own
To stay sexy
Because if I don't leave early for the gym, rush hour traffic is ridiculous0 -

Nothing to do with food.... I can't say I've ever exercised because I want to eat more, or to compensate overeating.
I just want to look and feel good... Lifting weights helps1 -
