    I'm already doing 1 hour of Zumba 3 times a week so I'll join this challenge and do 8 miles a week or 24 miles a month. Seems small to everyone one else but it's a start.

    I'm back to logging my food. I re-started in January, and I've finally gotten into a bit of a exercise routine.

    I'll take the challenge so I can create better habits.

    Goals:
    Walking Distance: 20 miles
    Biking Distance: 250 miles

    So far,
    Walking: 2.17/20
    Biking: 33.2/250

    Also, I'm working on meeting my active calorie goals (on Apple Watch) every day of the month.

    My goal last month was 25 and I did just over that so I am going to push for 30 miles this month.

    4/2 - Hiked 4.73 miles
    4/4 - Walked 1.63 miles and hiked 1.38 miles

    Total - 7.74 miles

    shivanteekha you are 'here' so you're joined! All U have too do is choose your activity. Log in as often as you can with your progress....Just look back and follow everyone else...

    Example: April 6th (how many miles or steps etc)
    As said IF you can't come every day then log when you can or even once a week as the poster before you did....
