Unflattering Photo(s)

I was tagged in a pic that looks like my arm was put through one of those pancake makers at the hotel continental breakfast.

Normally I want to "see" the pic before I allow someone to post them, etc. But F that! I'm not living like that.

The fact of matter is that I am on my way back up from a down right now and need to take accountability. Nothing comes for free. My arms will recover once I've put in enough time and effort.

In fact, that Gawd Awful picture can be used as a great BEFORE!!

<<Vent Over>> :)

I think quite a few of us are taken aback by a candid photo.
I know it was that that put me on the path to making my outside match my inside again. It can be great inspiration, and a good reminder of where you never want to be again.

    Cheers, h.

Those are the worst. I'm in a business where photos are always being taken and I try to hide behind people or things if I can catch it.

I've avoided having my picture taken for far too long. I took one of myself today. I need that before picture when I finally become an after.

I know what you mean though. I've seen a few not so flattering pictures posted somehow despite my efforts.
