    I'm going to keep from "cheating" on the weekend. I'm either in this 100% or nothing. The weekend is just another day. I'm looking forward to my 40th this July and nothing motivates me more than fitting into a cute dress on my birthday.

    I want to stop eating out. We were so bad about that in March. I want to continue to cut out soda, and alcohol as well.

    Worked for me to lose 80 lbs, and to keep it off a year so far.
