Costco halibut

I picked up a bag of frozen halibut from Costco yesterday, thought I was getting a great deal but mistook a price per pound for the price per bag but wow worth it! This dinner came to about 400 cals and I am super full. I use this veg mix a lot - Italian kale, tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers and some garbanzos (I wanted white beans but this is what I had) all sautéed up in some El Pato and some chili flakes. The fish is really great and I just cooked it from frozen in my pressure cooker. I feel better about the price accident, looking for more halibut recipes for the other 5 pieces
