A while back, I lost over 100 pounds and kept it off for several years. Maybe a year and a half ago, it started reading back on and I gained 30 pounds. What got my attention was my blood pressure went way up. I'm usually a slow loser but in the short time I've been tracking my food again and exercising, I am down 11 pounds. Doing hikes, gym and eating healthy. Bought a Lumsing scale and keeping track every day. Hope to get down below 200 again. What would be even nicer, get in really good shape. I went from obese to chubby but never went the rest of the way.
