I was doing really well in my weightloss journey, until i had a week off and put four pounds back on, i went back to the gym and tried to watch my food, I'm not going to lie my logging is rubbish and still ate junk food but weight came back off last week i really watched what i was doing went to the gym and done some workout dvd s and all week my weight stuck the same, until this morning i lost a pound , which is great, but my question is how can i weigh myself on Thursday and be one weight and the next day loose a pound just like that over night?

Your weight can change 1lb in an hour or so. It is water weight, food weight. You can fluctuate by 4lbs in a day.
It has nothing to do with fat gain or loss.1
