Hi, I'm new to this app! Still trying to get my head around it! I'm off to Mexico in 4 months for a well deserved holiday and i am determined to lose a stone before then and I'm hoping that this app can help me stay on track!!!! Anyone have any suggestions on how to keep me motivated and disallow my willpower from failing me?! Thanks!

    Hi, my name's Monique! :) I've been doing pretty good with my weight-loss journey so far, always be sure to have healthy snacks. I work with kids all day so in between snacking is a must to keep me going, I love protein bites! Homemade granola and dried fruit hit the spot! Good luck on your journey and your upcoming trip.
