Tdee activity help

Hello! I've been quite inactive and have a desk job so that's what I set my activity level as. But there is this crossfit 90 day challenge I will be joining which is an hour of working out Saturday and Sunday.y company is also starting a exercise challenge so I will be running within the week.
My question is, should I recalculate my TDEE using 1-3hrs of exercise per week instead of "desk job" for that period of time or should I try and calculate my exercise calories and adjust my calorie goal daily?

I would go by MFP's neat method, and manually add your exercise.
