I really got tired of a smidge of this and that. I started paying more attention to the nutrient information and am now working on balancing and fulfilling nutrient requirements. I'm feeling fuller and avoiding empty calories.
I was working out at a gym but stopped. Don't know if I'll return. But the balance is better than grabbing a full bag of potatoes or tortilla chips or vanilla Oreos for a meal. Lol. I'm reacquainting myself with features the nutrient is a major focus for now.

Sounds good. I've never seen anyone advocating a dinner of vanilla oreos here anyway.2
