How many calories do I need?

My lean body mass is 110lbs. I'm pretty sedetary outside of working out (desk job, couch potato at home). For my exercise, I do 4 hours of cardiovascular exercise weekly and lift 3x per week.
Is there a formula to figure caloric need based on body fat/lean body weight?
Should I average myself as sedetary and eat back some of exercise calories or consider myself moderately active?
