hello, I to am new here a few days. I am hoping to lose about 40 pounds before march 2018. my body seems to love my extra pounds and is fighting me every bite. menopause is not helping but its becoming lesser. I started to eat mostly the same thing most days. its nice for me but still am not losing. I guess I have to be happy I'm not gaining. but I'm getting discouraged.0
