Eat two chocolate bars if it fits in my calories? One is 170 calories and the other is 140.
I am maintaining and it's dark chocolate
But people usually eat a square or two for it's health benefits, so I was not sure if I should do this

Am I your mum? Why are you asking me?6

I personally wouldn't eat them both on the same day, but if that's what you want to do, go for it. It won't hurt anything.1

Ask one of those magic 8 balls, perhaps?
If you ask me: all signs point to "yes".4 -
You could even eat milk chocolate if you wanted1

No, give the chocolate to me and go to your room! Lol. Eat what you enjoy whenever you want and try to stay close to your calorie goal.1
