Hi everyone. I've been trying to be more healthy, eating better and doing more exercise. I heard that people trying to quit smoking found it hard to lose weight so wanted to get one under control first. I feel I'm ready to try and quit smoking and have found an app that apparently helps you to quit within 2 hours. I've not tried this yet but wondered if anyone has used it and if it's actually worked for anyone. Any motivation would be a great help as I've tried to quit before but failed. Also don't want to lose all the hard work I've put in for my weight loss.
