So my lifestyle change kicks in tomorrow....healthy shop is done....breakfast and lunch are prepared ...

6am, first PT session

Need friends to encourage each other....i am determined to lose 2 stone and get fitter....

Anybody have tips or words of advice??

    Don't kick yourself or feel like "everything is ruined" if you have the occasional slip up. This isn't an all or nothing process.
