Hey, lm 24 years old & from Toronto, Canada. When l was about 19 yrs old l had weighed about 129 lbs. l had been in a relationship for about 3-4 years and been single since 2015 august. during the relationship l had gained about 60 lbs. last time l had checked l had been about 183 lbs. Goal is to drop about 45 more lbs. l used to be pretty small. play soccer and other sports. l have been working out and trying to gain some muscle and drop some fat.

Im from Columbus Ohio. Ive been a yo-yo dieter my whole life. Im 32. Ive recently made changed in the last two years. My starting weight was 212 about two years ago but progress was slow. I started jogging and lost the for 35 pds through running cutting pasta. Fried foods, bread etc. I do intermittent fasting about 4-5 times a week. I currently focus on protein a lot and veggies. I no longer run as it wasnt working anymore. I started strength training. Weight lifting has helped a lot. cardio only once a week and thats how i got down to 153. I am now starting to count calories somewhat i drink a gallon of water a day.0

Wow that is a big difference ! l notice when i run sometimes i can feel my knees starting to give out or i get out of breath pretty fast. l have been able to do more cardio though. So how many hours do you usually fast for ? .. Thats good ! l find it hard to eat a lot of veggies sometimes. especially broccoli haha. Thats good ! its important to drink a lot of water. Strength training is important. Do you do planks at all or ab exercises. GL btw ! You lost a lot of weight.0
