Best Dried Fruits & Nuts?

Hey, just wanted a quick opinion from you guys. I know for a fact, Dried Fruits & Nuts are great for snacking and just bulking in general. However, I'm not a huge fan of just eating raw Almonds (which seems to be the go-to nut) but am a fan of Cashews rather. Would that still be a good option in terms of nuts to snack on daily for those extra calories? Also when it comes to Dried Fruits, I'm a fan of Raisins etc, but still prefer Dates over all. They are of course nutrient densed but at the same time the sugar content on these fruits are high.

    Yes, eat which ever ones you prefer. Any dried fruit is going to be high in sugars/carbs. Some nuts may have more protein or fiber than others, but they are all high in fat.
