Please can someone help me with what kind of thing they do on the floor/exercise mat so I don't look like a clapping seal

What are your goals? Weight loss? Muscle building?
I tend to just use the mats for ab work (crunches, plank) and for stretching my back. My goal is weight loss so I mainly use the gym for cardio and kettlebells.0 -
I did my first kettle bell class on Thursday and still hurting but loved it !! Going again this Thursday and hoping to do it twice a week !! ... deffo toning mainly but would love to drop 8 pounds xx0
