Should I stick to my current diet plan

I started restricting my daily calorie intake to 1200 from 3/Dec/2016. My weight was 57.7kg back then and now I weigh 53.5kg (I'm 160cm fyi). I even work out 5 times a day. I feel like I'm losing weight at a very slow rate. My weight goal is 50kg. Should I stick to my current diet plan or is there anything I can do to lose weight faster? Thanks

You don't have much to lose, so it's going to be slow going. Any faster and you risk losing muscle.1

Slow and steady wins the race...if you lose to fast you risk losing muscle and most likely gaining the weight back rapidly when you move to maintaining. You didn't gain the weight over night so you wont lose overnight. It sucks but slow progress is better then no progress ☺

I'm on 1240 plus exercise calories at the moment, and it's tough. You risk not getting everything you need if you drop further, better to lose slower than leave yourself deficient.0
