No one brings food to me! There's not even much in the way of free food around the office.
What do your parents bring?
If they bring a cake or a tray of cookies or something, take it to work to share with your coworkers.
If they bring a casserole, include small quantities of it in your diet.
Treat it like a challenge.1 -
Do you live with your parents, if so keep all food in the kitchen and behind closed doors, pre log your food and stay out of the kitchen as much as possible.1

I don't have a special restricted diet other than counting calories. My family eats the same as they always did.
I do things like:
Plan meals.
Buy food I like to eat that fits my goals.
Cook.
Prelog my food for the day every morning.
Put food away out of sight.
Get out of the kitchen/house.
Get busy with other things.
Eat at specific times.
Chew mint gum or drink a glass of water and wait 20 minutes.
I don't know what you mean by support system. I have MFP community.
My family wants me to be healthy and happy but I don't require they do anything.

Controlling your environment is like controlling weather. I can't make the rain stop or the sun shine. Accept your environment and do what you need to keep yourself on track. Bring the umbrella and the sunglasses.0

It's much harder living with people that like food on the sink. I keep all sweets in the cupboard so I can't see them. I also remind myself that just because it is there, doesn't mean I have to eat it. It's so much easier living on my own, though.
