i usually have an afternoon shift on my job which is 3pm til 12mn. got home at around 12:30mn. i started off doing some light weight training programs upon arriving at home for about 40min-1hr max.. Then i used to sleep at around 3:30am, and, wake up around 12noon. this has been a routine for quite a long time. any suggestions what do i need to change on my routine? is it healthy for me doing that kind of routine or not? help pls.. thank you

Are looking for extra advantages in training? You may have more energy in the morning or you may not, whatever works for you.0

im not a morning person..Try it and see how you like it...You might like or hate, see what works best for you.0

If it's working for you then no need to change it. If you're talking about changing it to working out before you head off to work, then go to bed earlier and wake up earlier. Otherwise, no need to change it.
I personally like working out when I first wake up. But with my schedule and lack of sleep I found out I would end up spending forever getting moving. So I've pushed it to after work, and that just guarantees that I get it in and I don't feel stressed because I have to finish in a certain time.0
