Feeling massively fed up.

I've been stuck at the same weight for 4 months now. I lose a few lbs then gain them again. I measure and watch what I eat, I do a lot of walking and have started running. I'm seriously starting to feel depressed - it doesn't matter what I do I can't lose this weight. I'm breastfeeding my toddler but prior to this halt in weight loss it hasn't been an issue. I gave up chocolate and cakes for lent and I honestly thought it would help but I've only maintained weight I'm starting to really give up because I hate my body. Any ideas?

Cleverer users than me will be along to help but off the top of my head:
- Your weights/amounts of food are off and you're eating more than you burn
- Your TDEE has changed and you haven't adjusted your calorie intake
- You're just in an annoyingly long plateau, maybe aggravated by TOM/hormones/BF'ing/water weight of another description
Keep logging! Consistency will reward you... even if it is a pain in the a** sometimes when your scale weight isn't moving!!4
