KETO KETOSIS KETOGENIC

Hi everyone just giving a share of my keto life. I've had great success with weight loss and overall health with being keto. I keep my carbs under 20g and have never had the keto flu. I believe people who complain of the keto flu are having those symptoms due to lack of water. I also (IF) 16:8 . The best thing I've ever done is cut out breakfast. I'm curious to know anyone else's experiences or tips with the keto life.. (diet)

    I tried it back in 2013 when I didn't know any better. Walking by a subway restaurant was hard. It lasted about two months before I moved to a more balanced approach

    In my opinion, keto has its place but for the general overweight population, a calorie deficit with as few macronutrient restrictions as possible is the most sustainable.
