NEED HELP!

i am 23 years old, and i working on a restaurant. i work until 12 hours a day from 7am until 7pm, without a break cause always busy on my job. can u give me recommend for supplements for make my energy or power back! cause i feel so tired and i just have time 1 of a week to going a gym when i've holiday

    Always have some dates and bananas with you + for breakfast start with 7 dates and one banana , hope it helps .

    Eat a really big breakfast with plenty of protein. Protein will keep you from feeling hungry all day. Drink plenty of water.

    Good ideas on the above posts. You don't always have to go to a gym. Do a bodyweight circuit a couple times of week consisting of pushups, planks, etc. Look up bodyweight routines and you will find some good ones.
