Hitting Macros

Hey guys, I'm hoping someone can help me because I find it so difficult not to go over my macros. I am still in caloric deficit but I can never seem to hit enough protein, while going over with fat and carbs. I'm a 143 pound female 5'7. I kick box 5-6 times a week. I'm trying to build muscle and get lean.

    Pre log your day and tweak as appropriate to hit your goals

    Hitting MFP's protein goal is normally quite easy. What is your calorie goal? Have you changed the macro settings? Are you avoiding certain foods or groups because of allergies/medical issues or ethics/faith/aversions?
