Looking for a work out buddy in the St clair/Washington Missouri area. I've tried doing this alone before and it didn't work out for very long. Looking forbade buddy to walk with and do this journey together.
I lost 45 pounds lost year on my own. But I fell off the wagon and gained it all back plus some.
