Best exercise/workout

Just wondering if you are in a hurry and have to pick certain workouts/exercises to do, which ones do you guys think are the most beneficial?

    If I'm short on time I do a 30 minutes sprint interval session on my indoor bike trainer or I'll pop into the gym and do some quick Oly work.

    Squats, deadlift, bench press, quick jog.

    I do whatever my program for the day calls for, but i cut out sets or exercises to make it fit in whatever amount of time i have. i always do my compound lifts , just maybe not as many

    I want to be more fit overall. So the workout I choose will depend upon what I've already done for the week. I'm not one to combine cardio & strength training, it's just not something I like. If you are looking at one overall workout find something that can be a combination. A couple of examples: circuit training like 30 Day Shred or many kettlebell exercises.
