Calories in "mexican" marinated chicken???

Hello,
I am trying to figure out a good approximation for the calories and other nutrition information in the "pollo preparado" boneless skinless chicken thighs that we buy at our local hole-in-the-wall mexican market. They prepare it themselves using Chef Merito seasoning. I will buy a pound of it and then bake it in a Pyrex dish covered with foil in the over for an hour. When it comes out it is amazingly tender and flavorful. But I'm trying to guess how many calories are in it so I can add it to my diary. I searched the mfp Library under "marinated chicken thighs" but the calorie range is all over the place. Does anyone happen to have an educated opinion? Thank you!
