Help with spare-tire & saddle bags!

Hello :)

Since I have started dieting and exercising...I have noticed amazing results and i am very proud of myself. Although these are very good things; I can't seem to see improvements in the areas of where my "spare-tire" and "saddle-bags" are. I am just curious if anyone has any successful tips on what to do.

**EDIT....I DO NOT MEAN SADDLE-BAGS (although thats what I call them...but its the "bags" in the inside of my legs...NOT out!***

    lose overall fat. i also have a tendency to get the inner thigh chub rub (but no saddle bags) . i lost a nice amount of it by eating at a slight deficit and losing 25-30 pounds which ended up being 4 pant sizes. my main exercise was strength training doing a combo of crossfit and strong lifts, so lots of deadlifting and backsquatting with as much weight as possible while still keeping good form.

    also it seemed like one day in the shower i just noticed that a large amount of my inner thigh fat was gone :laugh:

    unfortunately, you can't lose fat in specific areas, so you need to lose more "overall" fat.
