drink tons of water, chew gum, run in place, journal or just go to sleep...it is NOT because your hungry more like your bored, stressed, worried etc...when i get hungry late night i eat yogurt, a cup of fruit things like that

Save some calories for a late night snack.

    Tiredness triggers hunger.
Also drinking too much water before bed is an old trick to getting up early in the night/morning and having to use the loo. I'm sure the Apache Alarm Clock can be a nuisance for you if your plan is to go back to bed :)

Oh my gosh this is my worst habit. I can eat fine all day but then when evening comes, I just tend to overeat. Honestly the best thing that helps me is trying to go to bed early. If I'm asleep, I can't eat. I might move my dinner back a bit so I can eat it a little later too. Say I have breakfast at 8, lunch at 1, and then I'll push dinner to 8. I can have a snack in between meals. I know that 8 is late, but I want all my eating for the day to be done by 830 or so. If I eat at 8, I am usually not hungry again before I go to bed. I'm going to send you a friend request. :)
