    For teeth erosion? Why is that beneficial? I'm not sure my dentist would be happy - actually, he might be, after I'd paid all my dentist bills to get my teeth fixed.

    Pros - ACV is great in recipes
    ACV is great for cleaning windows
    ACV can clear up skin rashes

    Cons -
    ACV is not now, nor has ever been a weight loss tool......this bunk has been around since before the 1970's
    ACV - for those with higher than average stomach acid......flaming heartburn
    ACV is very hard on tooth enamel

    Oh forgot that part. A daily caloric deficit of about 500, lifting heavy, moderate cardio and it actually took me 2 years lol

    I don't drink it, but I add it to all my recipes, sauces and dressings. Does a very good job at keeping my Gout under control.
