Maintenance cals - have I got this right?

I'm starting NROLFW, following the advice in the book I'm going to eat maintenance cals for 4 weeks to establish exactly what they should be.

Using the formula in the book, I've worked out BMR as 1354. Am I right in thinking that I eat 1624 on rest days and 1896 on exercise days?

I'm 35 yo, female, BMI is 29, years bf 28%
