What I ate today

Breakfast: Oatmeal with some fruit
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich with apples and fruit
After workout: Chocolate protein smoothie
Snack: Chobani key lime crumble Greek yogurt
Dinner: Salmon with rice quinoa, coleslaw, kale and tomato, and 1/2 piece of healthy life toast
Dessert: 1/2 of birthday cake Halo Top ice cream
