I can't connect the Pacer app.
Once I click on connect it just takes me to the Pacer webpage.
I already have it installed .

Once you connect to Pacer, you may need to go to Menu > Steps and make sure that your Step Source is checked for Pacer.

Don't you already use Apple Health as an all-day activity tracker? Does Pacer connect directly to that?

It's the same if I try that way too . I try add Pacer to count steps and it just clicks in connect then goes to the webpage

Also my health app doesn't seem to like my fitness pal it never syncs active energy across & I have allowed & checked everything . I wanted to just bypass Apple health and link Pacer direct to mfp

If you are not getting a Calorie adjustment from Apple Health, maybe your MFP Activity Level is set too high. You should only get an adjustment from an all-day activity tracker if and when the syncing calculates that your day's activity will exceed your MFP Activity Level setting (taking into account your weekly weight loss setting).

I am set to MFP Sedentary, I do not get a Calorie adjustment until I get more than about 2500 Fitbit steps. If I were set to MFP Active, I would not get a Calorie adjustment until I get more than about 7000 Fitbit steps.

I am on sedentary too . It just doesn't seem to sync. I have changed all the setting to what hey are meant to be . Allowed everything in health & also privacy settings . Thought I would use Pacer .
It was working earlier today but then it stopped syncing .

I thought if I just disconnect then reconnect it would refresh it . It doesn't connect anymore just takes me to website when I click connect

What is your MFP weekly weight loss rate setting? Also, what is your daily Calorie goal set at? Do you use the MFP Guided Goals, or did you create a custom daily Calorie goal?

Hi no custom goals , lose 2lb a week and sedentary .

The things that's bugging me is it isn't connecting to app it's only taking me to a webpage instead

I logged in to mfp on my mac there and clicked connect too . It went to the website also .
It never used to do that (on iPhone), it would usually just connect the app

I don't use Apple products, but try this to see if it will work.

On the MFP app on your iPhone under Steps, select do not track steps. Then sync MFP iPhone with the web version and check that the setting has synced on the web version under APPS > Steps, verify that "Do not track steps" is selected. Then still on the web version, go back to the APPS page and look on the right column and make sure Pacer is not listed under Your Apps. If it is listed there, click on the link and then click "Disconnect." Wait a few minutes to make sure any of those changes if done sync with the iPhone. Then log out of MFP on the web version.

On your iPhone, turn off Bluetooth to make sure there is no connection to nearby computers. Look for the Pacer app in your iPhone, if it is there, then uninstall it.

Then with your iPhone Bluetooth still off, try to link MFP and Pacer from the iPhone.
