Ok so I'll admit I've backslid on the dieting for the past 2 weeks. Not all day everyday, just really over did dinner and restaurants but I have seriously increased my workouts. I keep gaining!!! I'm getting frustrated!!

I've recently gained 6 lbs after losing 15. I just kinda gave up I guess. The disappointment and frustration makes it harder to get back on track...for me anyway.
I plan to get my act together TODAY and re-gain some self control.
Feel free to add me and we can motivate each other!1 -
Treat each day as a new day and look forward, not back. Life happens and you just have to let those days that you exceed your calories go. Also, think about your current diet plan (are you bored?). Maybe all you need is a reboot and some new recipes or maybe change the kind of diet that you are doing. Tweak your nutrition ratios (less sugar / carbs, more fiber and protein, maybe more healthy fats). Throw in a healthy reward (like peanut butter, which I have found when paired with some hot tea and a little half and half usually shuts down my cravings). Also, muscle weighs more than fat!!! Depending on the type of exercise and the intensity, you can gain weight. As long as you are losing inches -- don't worry overmuch.2

Thank you! Everyone keeps telling me muscle weighs more and I know this but it's just frustrating. And stupid me did not measure when I started0
