Yes they do but I buy egg whites in a carton too, instead of trying to separate them. 1 egg and about 1/2 cup egg whites with cheese, scrambled.

Dijon chicken with parmesan cauliflower mash & roasted green beans

That sounds delish. Got a recipe for it?

It was! And I do! I steal HomeChef's recipes and then go to the store and buy my own ingredients since it's A LOT cheaper than paying for their service (they charge $9.95 per person and I saved $4.92 per person by making this on my own...I probably could have saved more if I would have looked at different stores in my area).
    Here is the the recipe:
    https://homechef.com/meals/crispy-dijon-chicken

You should check out their other recipes to try...so far my favorite thing I've made is their Sweet Chili Chicken Lettuce Wraps...heavenly! Plus, that was another super cheap one to make also, and I had plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day since I paired it with a little Jasmine rice on the side.

I had fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies last night, because I was just craving them! I'm looking forward to a nice healthy baby arugula salad with creamy balsamic vinaigrette, ciliegine mozzarella and cherry tomatoes soon before my jog at the indoor track at my university. It's going to be too hot and humid for a run outside today...so thankful for that indoor track!
