    I just had a leg session today. I knowhow tiring it is. Hell my leg is still shaking :smiley:

    Try increasing the frequency of leg days per week, you'll get more progress and less soreness.

    Today was legs and shoulders for me. I was barely able to walk to my car after! Lol! Y'all have a good burn!

    I love love love Leg Day!!! For me, nothing delivers the deep satisfaction of a good & grueling leg workout.
