Very hard to build muscle now after losing weight. 180 pounds to 151 in 8 weeks.

You can boost up protein and clean meals to raise your calories..Watch your fat and will need to gain weight to gain muscle. Just monitor it.1

Thanks for the advice. I still have some slight belly fat, are you suppose to wait until a certain body fat percentage first before trying to gain muscle in increasing protein? I seem to be just staying at around 151 after seeing huge weight loss and now after doing a lot of weight training and ab work my slight belly fat is staying put so can't get my abs seen also. Strange. Don't know what to do decrease calories to get rid of the slight belly fat first? then hit it hard on protein and calories?0
